Bob Barr '08!!!!

I think every decent conservative, who is or was even slightly disgruntled with the nomination of liberal John McCain, should consider Libertarian, Bob Barr.

90, you'll like him because he led the impeachment of Bill Clinton!

He's also on the board of the NRA. Your guns will be safe!!!

I watched the Libertarian convention on TV the other day. Was better than watching 2 hours of Chris Rock.

My 401K is now a 400K (was 301K)

You wish...And watch Obama steal the presidency a la Bill Clintonista, 1992? Perot allowed Clinton to get into office, by splitting the republican party. In the words of the great Pete Townsend..."We won't get fooled again"!

Barr is somewhat dangerous, in NC he's managed to put Obama within 3 points of McCain. With a heavy black voter turnout and unmotivated GOP Obama could turn it blue. He's also a risk out west in Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Alaska, Obama could pull a Reagan and force McCain to spend money in those states which means less money in places like FL and OH.

Yeah, it would really suck to break down this two party system we got going here.

Exactly.

Let a third party become the beacon for all Conservatism! Let Conservatism posess the Libertarian Party and make it, it's new home! Show the Republicans that Conservatism doesn't need the Republican Party to survive! John McCain is going to lose, either way. And if you're a TRUE Conservative, you don't agree with him, anyway. So, show them what can happen if they nominate a non-conservative!

Like I said, it's been tried, and failed. This is the wrong time to make a fucking "statement" vote. Both of these parties are just facades of their former selves. Dems have gone waaaay left, and the Reps are now moderates. These aren't the "same old parties"...

Nice try, Castro. I'm not ready to fold up the tent and let Barry just have it. Too much can happen in 5 months.

You guys amazed me on how well Wolf Blitzer has done on this site. Does anyone, anymore think for themselves. Or is what is said on the MSJM the Gospel. Do any of you guys like the direction America is going ? Or Maybe I am posting on the wrong website thinking there were Patriots on board. Nothing wrong with Bob Barr's idea's. Has was posted earlier" A real conservative"
Thats something that has been missing from today's politically correct election.
