Not to be outdone by the catholics...

I'm pretty sure this world would be a much better place without the hypocrits in power positions of all religions.

The guy was on a TV show like Dateline or 20/20 a few months ago. The story was about the huge relationship between religion and conservative politics. It was an interesting story when it aired. I hope the re-air it now that this has come out.

The only reason that Catholic Priests get a bad rap in the media is because it is the only form of orgainized religion (other than the Church of England) that has a direct hierarchal order of responsibility, especially financially. There is always going to be someone higher until it gets to the Pope, and he's a head of state, so he can not be prosecuted. Blame can't be put on a higher level when the pastor to your little church down the street turns out to be a pederast.

I really would like to know the number of Catholic Priests arrested for child abuse of any kind compaired to every other clergy member arrested for the same type of abuses. But the media won't study this because they're all protestant controlled.
