Can someone explain this?

I am ex military and my blood runs red white and blue but that said I have
seen some pretty F'ed up stuff.

Can someone explain this?

What are they trying to say and what could cause this?

All I see is people trying to look too far into it. It looks like the flash came when it hit the building, not before. Who am I to say, I'm no expert (just like the guy in the video).

Sure.

The nose of the plane impacted the building, causing a brief flash of concrete dust that was quickly engulfed by the rest of the body of the plane moving at 500ish mph.

Seems painfully obvious to me. Is there even a question?
