Groups Sue to Overturn Video Game Curbs
SAN JOSE, Calif. - Two trade groups representing video game makers filed a lawsuit Monday seeking to overturn the recently passed California law banning the sale or rental of violent video games to minors.

I don't see this violates the 1st Amendment, it is limiting the sale. The companies are still free to make and distribute games to adults all they want and parents can buy the games for their kids all they want. The kids just can't purchase them.
