Saudis say they got enough oil

Quote:
Saudi Arabia has plenty of oil - more than the world is likely to need - along with an increasing ability to refine crude oil into gasoline and other products before selling it overseas, a top Saudi official says.

Well puff puff give motherfoes!! Damn, share the wealth! I'm already thinking about trading in my V8 Dodge Ram because when I bought it I didn't expect gas to shoot up almost 80 cents more than what it is now!

Of course, wouldn't want anyone to get nervous and start developing viable alternatives.

I'll never understand this country. Why aren't we using the corn that we're throwing away (after subsidizing!!) to make ethanol? Cars run and drive fine on that shit, plus it's nearly free.

I got 72 acres growing down the street from me (and another 72 acres a mile away).

In about 1 1/2 months due to lack of water and they'll mow it down and let it lie on the ground.

The Saudis have a vested interest in saying they have plenty of oil. They keep saying they are going to pump more oil. It's BS because they are at full capacity. The only unused capacity out there, right now, is Iraq and Venezuala.

Oh, and Alaska's northern slope

while for the most part i agree, the problem isnt with extraction. The bottleneck lies in refinery, and the US hasnt built a refinery since the 70s! We need to get the fudge moving on building SEVERAL. All the crude in the world aint going to do us didily squat.
