Is my monitor flaking out on me??

how do i explain this, my monitor is shaking?? like it is on vibrate mode or something?? does this mean my monitor is about to go out on me or something? this shit starts to hurt my head after trying to deal with it...

anyone got a 17 inch monitor for cheap?

Try changing the refresh rate to something higher or lower.

Aye. Also try moving the monitor away from where it's at ... sometimes there can be interference coming from something near the monitor causing that.

ok first off how do you change the refresh rate? and second the closest thing to the monitor is the printer which is about 10 inches away, and 3rd the monitor doesnt do it all the time, like right now its fine, and may stay fine for hours but then all of a sudden will start doing it again....
