How do I LOWER/SLAM my car?

on Photoshop?

what tools do i use, i am new at this and cant figure it out , what do i use and how?(laso, cut etc.) just need the basics, and how do i color th car. every time i try i use the paint bucket, but looks like shit, not even across the car, only colors the area that matches the color you highlight, how would i turn my pic of car from silver to any color whatd o i do, please any help is appreciated thanks..

<---- mainly wants to know how to make car look lowred ( tried everything and cant do it please just anything that will get me in the right direction.)

just take the coil springs out.
