Balloon v1.0

Its been a long time since I've had a computer project that I really really wanted to do. I just found it.

That's pretty cool. Personally, I'd want to incorporate some sort of guidance system, rather than relying on the wind to take it where it may. And getting video to work, would be trick

In the midst of all the car work, I'll have to find some time to mess with this, luckily the car is almost done, so I can devote more time to nerdy technical stuff again( wooo wooooo! ).
