Where is the setting that shrinks images?

Whenever I view an image with Win XP the image automatically shrinks to fit the window. If you hold the mouse over the image a few seconds a button appear that you can click to make the image go back to it's original size. Is there a setting somewhere that I use to keep it from shrinking in the first place?

I am at work and dont have IE6 in front of me but I think you can find the option to turn it on/off here:

Yeah, "Enable Automatic Image Resizing" ... I dump that one, and "Enable Image Toolbar (Requires Restart)" at the same time.
