What exactly are your trying to do? Make a copy of a movie? If so, you need DVD X Copy or a European version of Nero.

Thumbs up two programs and it is actually very easy

IFOedit and DVDdecryptor. Two of the best sites that have guides are www.doom9.org and
www.afterdawn.com

I have done several with my Pioneer 104. You will have a learning curve and you will do well to find and establish what media will work with your settop box, if thats what you're after.

Hmm... Never thought about a European Copy of Nero. What other features does it have over the US version?

www.doom9.org is an excellent website. Someone on here recommended it to me and it's a good source of info.
