Im looking for a new laptop atleast 15 inch monitor. Its for my aunt. Do you guys recommend anything... Basic Computer She just needs something that can hold tones of pictures like thousands... Would anyone recommend any... have about 400 to spend. Is that being realistic.

Not really. Even the reburbs at Microcenter are pushin the $400 mark for meager hardware. You'd be best buyin a used machine of CL and swapping the HDD out for the highest capacity one you could afford.

Walmart and best buy had computers for 288 last week. I think they will have the same deal on black friday. these were both 2.2ghz intel (i think) 250 gig hard drive, Windows 7. Fairly scaled down on software, but should be OK for Auntie.

You can get quite a nice laptop for 400 bucks on CL if you do a little research. Assuming you want a widescreen modern laptop...look for something like a Dell D620. Its a Core 2 Duo, has plenty of HDD, will hold at least 4gb of ram, can run anything from XP to Win7, will burn DVD's, has wifi, some have bluetooth, with a fresh battery will run for about 3-4 hours, and you could probably find a fully loaded one for under 300 bucks.
