How to unlock Tmobile phone?

I'm on att and I just bought a tmobile phone that is locked. I called tmobile for an unlock code and they said to call att. I called att and they said to call samsung. I call them and they say to call tmobile. I just dont want to be stuck with a phone i cant use. Any suggestions?

Ended up going to a small store in Arlington that advertises on craigslist. They had it done in less then 10 minutes and cost $20. However, all my contacts have vanished which really sucks since I never backed them up. All the cool apps that were already on the phone are gone, pretty sure they defaulted to the factory specs. Now I have to call at&t and get a data plan and see how I like having an android phone.

Only down side there is no 3g, stuck on edge. Witch is still faster than t-sucks
3g.

Dont let the behold 2 give you a bad impression of android.....that phone sucks lol

wow, lot of work to get a behold 2 going.
What was the motivation behind selecting that phone?

It was a cheap replacement for my trusty LG Vue. I don't really use it for anything other then calls and texts. The gps and much better camera are nice though. Debating on upgrading it to the 2.x ROM since its been abandoned at v1.6.
