router issue

a few days ago my netgear router stopped seeing my wireless network. i can run a cable straight from it and it will work, but i have unplugged it and reset it but it still wont see the network. any ideas?

i called netgear and they wanted to charge me 36 bucks to troubleshoot it over the phone, so if anyone has any ideas of what it could be it would be greatly appreciated.
