Networking question

I have att uverse on my main computer on the other side of the house and it has 4 computers connected to it, which one of the Ethernet cables runs to the other side of the house into another router a linksys wrt54g v5 and links up 2 other computers and a wireless laptop.

Everything has been working fine but now for some reason once one of the computers and my laptop get restarted or go to sleep mode when they are turned back on, the internet gateway shows and is disabled i have to keep unplugging my router and replugging it in for the internet to actually work again.

Any solutions?

My computer next to his works still internet and everything. But i have to unplug and replug the router for his internet to work again.
