2 finger mousepad scrolling

Is the two finger mousepad scrolling apple exclusive? I love my macbook but i don't always want to take it to class or if i am running errands i don't like leaving it in the truck. So i was looking at some of those netbooks i think they are called. the real small laptops.

now whenever i am scrolling on the macbook if i just have to use two fingers to scroll the page up and down, which i really like but have only seen in apple products. do any pc's offer this feature or is it apple exclusive? TIA

My Acer Aspire One(netbook) has a version of the multitouch track pad. If you use 2 finger, it will zoom in and out like an iphone. If you use one finger down the right hand side of the pad it is a vertical scroll, across the bottom is a horizontal scroll.

I'm not sure if the brand new ones still have though.

Most of the other laptops I've used had a small area on the right and bottom of the touchpad that were used for scrolling.

there are some modded drivers for synaptics touchpads that add multi-touch capabilities like that.
search on google.
