2nd video card choices for Dell 9200C (Slim PC)

At work I have a Dell 9200C, http://www.dell.com/us/en/gen/deskto...en_9200c&s=gen

I have a 24 inch monitor, but would like to run a second monitor as I do a lot of editing where the added screen space would be benefical. Our IT guy has said that the computer is too narrow to fit a secondary video card, but there are unused spaces in the back for a card.

Any idea on a cheap card that will work in this case?

what big matt sent will work fine, just keep in mind that your current video card is already an on board unit (it's sharing your system resources), if you add this its going to further use onboard resources. not a huge deal for most.

that dell site you linked says it has a "half height" pci-e x16 slot. that's totally the route i would go.

they make low profile cards that should fit. you can install one of these in your system and turn off your onboard card.

this one has 1 dvi connection, 1 vga, and 1 hdmi port :
