Computer seems to be bogging down??

Seems a DFWstangs link has some sort of virus. Anyway after checking a link that 306notch posted my computer is trying to multi-task and takes forever to load any site up. I have ran Ccleaner and the Malwarebytes anti malware but I can't seem to find anything. Is there a way to find out what is going on that has the computer running instead of loading pages???

Give this a shot, it's more in depth than task manager.

Download and run combofix from Bleepingcomputer.com

Here: http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

Do not download it from anywhere else

Save it to your desktop, run it, let it reboot your PC and run all 50 tests.
