desktop/network monitoring

I've used Nagios, Zenoss and a few others

What do you use?

I'd like to have something that monitors memory, disk, cpu utilization and interface traffic (to see who is killing the network). Then send a report/alert for the problem.

open source would be nice but not everything is free..
