iPhone Syncing to another computer

I did a quick search on the forum and a google search , but I returned my computer that I originally synced my iPhone with. I do not have any music, so that is not an issue, but I do have Photos that I have personally taken from my iPhone on there.

If I sync up to a new computer, I understand that I will lose music (which is fine, I have none) but what will happen to my photos and contacts? Do I need to re-download all my apps?

I'm not interested in transfering my apps or anything like that. If it deletes all my music and apps BUT KEEPS my Contacts/photos/e-mail setup I'll be cool with that.

On new PC,open up Itunes and click on option at top,and click on "authorize pc" or something like that. You can think sync up your Iphone. Apps/photos will all sync up to that pc. You can also just plug in your Iphone w/out using Itunes. Plug it in and it will recognize your iphone. Go to it and open it up and you can just drag the photos to your pc.
