can someone explain this to me in the simplest manner possible please?

way of telling a computer what to do that uses the #0 and 1 in diffrent patterns i believe might not be 100 % right

let me clarify a little. the other day I was on youtube watching some stang videos and I clicked on this certain vid I wanted to watch and it prompted me to download the binary file or something.

may just be refferring to a binary as an executable file

likely comes from the ftp transfer modes of binary vs ascii

like said above, it's usually the compiled finished executable file (The .exe). You'll hear that in applications and distribution, a binary is usually the .exe installer file, and then they'll have a secondary .zip file. don't ever download a binary file unless you know exactly what you're doing, it essentially gives permission for it to do whatever it likes. No legit website will ever prompt you to install a .exe file, there is no better way to identify a virus better than that.

sounds like your temporary internet files are "full"

This happens with IE from time to time when there is no cache space available for a file. Typically seen when trying to "save picture as", when there is no available Temporarly internet file space.
