Hard drive question

I just recently built a new computer. I have always used IDE hd's but i went with a SATA one. Now my question, how do i set up the IDE Hard drives? Leave one as Primary Master and the other HD as Primary Slave? or do i need to change them at all?

It doesn't matter what you make them as in primary or primary slave etc. On the BIOS you will probably end up telling it to boot off of the SATA drives the OS.

well i set my 1st boot device as my SATA 2nd Primary Master and 3rd Primary Slave then i reset it and when it booted up it said cannot boot please reset and change etc. So i went back and set back to original settings and it booted up fine. I'm just making sure everything i did is correct. I mean everything is working but i just wanted to get some input.
