time warner highspeed wtf

Could this be correct? i believe i asked for the 7mbps and i have been looking and this is what i get and it really does download at this speed. Have they recently done something different?

I would call in to varify you are not set up with a higher internet package.

the upload is way low....weird.

the highest they have is 15mbps

It's speedboost. Download a large file, and it'll settle down to the speeds you are signed up for.

Yep. I have 7 meg with Time Warner and I speedtest at 18-20 Mb/s. The powerboost downloads the first 50 Mb or so at higher speeds.

Its normal I have the Turbo and I get 28-38mbps which in turn is like max 4MBps
