Question choppy video issue?!?

having issues and its annoying.
heres an example...


now what do i need to do to fix it??

post up your system specs.

If you need help find it it, right click my computer go to properties and under "computer" tell us what you're running.

This is your problem man. Time to upgrade.

Possibly a memory upgrade could help with the problem but probably not.

I have a little acer netbook 1.6ghz, 1 gig of ram that has a problem with some HD videos.

damn dude, that is really, really old hardware right there. Pick up some cheap system for $500 bucks and it will blow that one away

haha. well my other one was alot newer but kept frying power supplies. so i said fuck you and quit messing with it. my dad brought this one home from his work cause they got new ones. i knew this thing was old. but not this old. haha.

it was free anyways.
