Office Pro 07 License problem
I have a MS office pro 07 license that was handed out at a seminar I went to a while back. When leaving the class, some of the others and I looked over our license keys that were given to us - they were all the same #. So I had assumed that this key had a high# of uses available for install.
I installed it on my old Dell and it worked like it should. Since that computer crashed, I installed it on my office PC. It wouldn't accept the license, but was functioning. Every time it opened it would ask you to register, but you could click cancel and work as normal. I've been doing this for ~3 weeks.
About 2 hours ago it stopped allowing me to create new e-mail messages, word documents, etc... All the affected features are just grayed out. All indications are that it is due to the software not being activated. I tried their telephone activation and it won't activate without talking to somebody, but then it tells you that there is nobody available. It doesn't list a better time to call or office hours, just "there is nobody available...click".
Anybody have any suggestions on how to get a legit copy released for install on a different PC??
