Final Fantasy 7 fans

I just found a metal band that covers the theme song from final fantasy 7. Didn't know whether to put this in this forum, or the music. I figured this one would get more attention and I'm an attention whore.

"Prelude Bombfare" is the name of the song. Haunted Shores is the band. Pretty damn talented instrumental metal band.

That was the most boring game I ever saw. Painful to play/watch. Anyone that vested the hours to beat that game has no life.

Best something in Texas.... just don't know what it is yet....

If RPG's aren't your thing, then that's cool, but think about how much time people put into CoD and Halo online. I'd argue that those people have no life.

I have to agree with poopnut, people always whine about final fantasy players how they have no life, yet, these usually are the same people going doing the same repetitive thing in CoD and Halo, shoot, kill, shoot, kill. Now, I ask, who has no life?

these are the same guys you see at those weird RPG stores at the mall. I had a friend get totally consumed in that game and the FF tactics game that was out shortly after. He spend several hundred hours on both day and night. These are the same guys that got all caught up in wow.

Difference to me is I play my game for 10-15 minutes a few times a week, you guys played that thing for months straight. The human element is what keeps it interesting. You always get to play other people of different skill levels. You never know what you are going to get unlike those FF games.

You can argue it both ways. I know people who play CoD more religiously than anybody I know that played a FF game. If you're at level 50 on MW2 by the end of the first week it was out...you're probably one of those people. I do have a friend Jeff who gets really caught up in online RPG's, and while I like RPG's, I can only play for a little bit at a time minus Sunday hangovers where I can spend 6-7 hours feeling like crap and playing video games.

Everyone has their thing. To each their own. I used to play FF11 online every waking hour of every day i was awake. But now i don't play as much after 6 years. Only because FF14 is coming out next year so the game is dieing a bit. Just because you don't play video games as much as everyone else does that doesn't mean you have a life.

Don't talk about it! Be about it!
