Transferring From Apple Mail to Outlook (maybe Express)

I need to transfer my e-mail from Apple Mail to Outlook(or outlook express). Anyone have a good how-to on how to do this without pulling my hair out?

Thanks In Advance

I think you have to use a mailbox convertor, I can't really recall the name of the program but hit up macrumors.com or insanelymac.com for advice.

I found a how-to that worked
Basically, I saved each account as raw message file(mbox) put the on a flash drive and transferred to the pc.
Installed Eudora and dropped those files in the Eudora folder, with a .mbx extension.
Opened Eudora to verify that the messages were there.
Then using OE I imported from Eudora.

That's the program I was going to tell you about, but I couldn't remember its name. I know you had to use a middle man so to speak to get them converted back to outlook. The middle man being eudora. glad you figured it out.

why the switch back to outlook though?

My boss went Mac crazy last year after he got his iphone. He bought a Macbook and loves it. He figured that he could swap the shop over to Mac too. He bought 2 Intel iMacs and 2 G5 PPCs (non intel). I was given one of the G5s to use.

A few of the manufacturers that we work with have some programs that will not run on a Mac and I need those programs in order to do my job.

The iMacs have little problems running XP in VMfusion, but VM doesn't work on the G5s. He tried a few other options to run XP on the G5 but the best solution for most of the year was that I had 2 computers under my desk.
Now that we are about to move into a new building and I will have less room for equipment around me, I'm just going to stick with the PC.

Basically I can do everything I need to do on the windows machine and could only do about 60% of my work on the Mac.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think Snow Leopard supports outlook. If you needed another reason to upgrade you might as well for $30

Working on my project Stang
