That price seems a bit high. I had uverse with 18 meg and I dont it was that high but I honestly never broke it down. Good to see some fresh competition and I really wish FIOS would branch out more!!

The price isn't bad when conpaired with Charter. However, I'm not sure I would change, even if it were offered here. Charter's service has been surprisingly improved over the last year. I've only had a small handful of short downtime periods during the day and now my connection is showing up to 20Mbps with no change in pricing.

But if FIOS ever comes to Lake Dallas, I'll drop Charter like a bad habit.

You can pretty much bet that if you're not already in a FiOS service area, it's going to be awhile. They're not performing well and have basically decided to hold off on rolling new network out, instead focusing on marketing their existing footprint.
