Its very good, it's more a simulator than any of the previous arcade NFS games. It's really best represented as an NFS version of GRID. The only real complaint that I have is they usually don't have a good selection of US cars, and it plays out in this version as well. They always have 3-4 older import versions of sports cars, like the old 86 corolla SE86 - but no fox body, or camaro, or anything of comparison. However, they do have a Escort Cosworth in this one. Overall it's a good game. Spent about a million dollars on my z06 to make it into a C6R - had a lot of fun with it. The best part is all of the money you spend on aftermarket parts does not depreciate - so spend as much money as you want on any car, you get every penny back the moment you sell it. That makes it really fun and nice to be able to build a new car for any race and not have to do the same race over and over to make enough money to get upgrades. Keeps it interesting. And, just an FYI - probably the best method of making money/leveling is to build a quick car for the Tier2 USA circuit - Oval track. Camaro or Challenger is the best.
