password help

i let my SIL borrow one of my computers and she put a XP password on it. i don't want a p/w on my computer that i let her borrow.

You can remove the password for the user account by going into safe mode with the "Administrator" account. If a password was created for that account and you don't know it, you can follow the instructions on this webpage. I've used it successfully twice.

This is a lot easier than BartPE. I haven't used ERD Commander, so I can't comment on that one.
