Anyone have...

An extra case fan and a IDE power Y-cable laying around in the FW area?

I need to add a fan to my DVR..it is starting to overheat.

I don't really care what the size is on the fan, just not too big.

Thanks

David

does it have to be a molex connector? You could just solder leads from the power supply and have the DVR supply the power itself.

I guess it doesn't HAVE to be the IDE style, I guess I could use bare wires, but I would have to find solder points with the correct voltage right?

I was just looking for the easiest way...

I'll have to look when I get home, but I may still have the y adapter and a couple of 60mm fans laying around.

I must have gotten rid of those when I junked a bunch of old computers and parts a few months ago. I can't find them now.
