SATA enclosure question

I'm looking at buying an enclosure for my SATA drive so that I can image my 120GB drive to my new 500GB drive. All the enclosures I see show that they are only rated up to 320GB capacity max.To me it seems like the enclosure shouldn't care how large the capacity is since it is only there as an adapter.

Does anybody know why this is? Also does anybody know of a good enclosure to buy that will work for what I need(drive image)?

Thanks in advance
