Looking to Mod my Wii

Anyone else done this? I read a thread about a guy on here who did it but im not looking to soder with the chip.

I think theres a way to do this without buying the chip and putting it in the Wii.

Any help would be appreciated.

i modded my friends. he ordered a chip and told me where it goes.

it was by far the smallest solder points i've ever messed with. it didnt help that i had a strong buzz but it was fine, thing works great.

they have solderless chips as well, but they are considerably more expensive. It all depends on the type of chip you have on your wii.

Search google/youtube for Wii homebrew channel. There are various homebrew backup launchers that do not require you to mod the WII hardware in any way. I have a modded drive in mine and would go the homebrew route if I had to do it again.

Examples?

To me, clowns aren't funny. In fact, they're kind of scary. I've wondered where this started and I think it goes back to the time I went to the circus, and a clown killed my dad.
