Computer Geeks Help please!!

How do i copy an image from a protected site? I know you can do it using control + print screen and send it to a paint program or some shit like that, i just cant remeber exactly how its done! Can somebody help me out, i wanna save an image of a mustang, but it wont let me copy it. TIA
