Outlook Duplicate Removal Tool?

While redoing my Pocket PC Phone over the weekend I restored a backup to my phone and later that day I synced it to my computer which duplicated all my Contacts and Calendar entries. I've got over 200 Contacts and probably close to that in Calendar entries and it'll be to much of a PITA to remove manually. Need recommendations on a free tool if possible.

In Outlook. I did a restore on my phone with the PIMBackup tool to get my numbers in and when I got home I synced it up without thinking about it. I've run into this problem before and wasn't thinking. It doubled all of my Contacts and Calendar items. I downloaded a program before but can't find it now. With the number of Contacts and Calendar items I'd rather not do things manually.

BTW, thanks again for helping me out with the phone the other day. I'm already ready to try a different ROM as I found a couple of "quirks" with this one. Still having issues with texting lagging a little but it's different. Before I would type something out and a some letters wouldn't show in the message. Now the issue I have is that when I hit space sometimes it'll do it in the middle of a word. Probably need to try typing slower LOL!

if you can export your contacts to a csv file and have excel installed, I can tell you how to do it that way...You would need to delete all of your contacts on the computer and on the phone after exporting and before reimporting them though...

EDIT

here's a good example of one way to do it in Excel

Didn't want to do a whole lot of work like manually deleting each contact so I found a program called Duplicates Remover for Outlook and it worked perfectly. Although I was running the trial version and it only allowed me to remove 10 duplicates at a time it didn't take me long to get everything cleared out. Thanks everybody.
