I got the official playstation headset and I dont know how to make it work. What do I need to do to make it hook up with the game? What the hell is a pass key?

presuming your talking about ps3.
since play station uses blue tooth for headsets it needs a pass key. and usually all blue tooth pass key is easy like 0000 or 1111 or 1234 or something easy like that.

so you for sure it is a four number sequence? I have done 111, 1234, 12345 and some other common ones

I tried 0000 and it said accepted or somethign like that.

Isn't a pass key made up by the person..
Like, if you choose 5623 you just put that number in for both things so they will "sync" up to each other.

Hope that makes sense

Normally on Bluetooth headsets the passkey is set by the manufacturer(Motorolas are almost always 0000). The passkey should be in the instructions.

Once it is paired with the PS3, you should be able to go into the menu and test it out. Please make sure you adjust your volume so that it doesn't feedback. All that does is tick everybody in the room off.
