Pretty high.

But people have actually gone up to close to 6ghz using liquid nitrogen as a coolant. CRAZY stuff.

4.8Ghz on Phase is normal, even higher on LN2. My buddy in Mes-skeet has a QX9770 that runs at 4.7Ghz without a hitch at -38c under load. Sure the thing sounds like a small mini-fridge but the clocks are nice and it was totally not worth it for daily use.

Yeah, I'm at 4.3GHz from 2.4Ghz here on water. When I had a tec water chiller setup I was able to go even higher. A lot of these benches are just for that - numbers, most don't stand up to everyday use.

Yeah but how does that handle while the system is underload.
