MS Outlook help???

When I go to forward or reply to an email my outlook is crashing - anybody have some "magic" commands I should enter?

I have PCoptomizer 2 installed recently - could be the issue ......

Thanks for ideas.

Is it Outlook Express or Outlook that's part of Office 2003-2007?

Think you need to format/reinstall your OS(XP), read this first.

It was "whiteing out the screen" with a error measage of - do you want to go to the internet to try and correct or close the program - but today it seems to be working fine - not sure what the past week's problems have been - I do have auto updates on so not sure if I got one a week ago and then one last night that corrected the problem - but for now all seems to be good

Thanks all for the attempt at help.
