Windows Vista Question - Aero

I got a new notebook today (Dell Inspiron 1318) new little 13" unit. I like it, but this is my first actual usage of Vista...I am getting the hang of it all, but I would like to take a look at the Aero interface, and I can't find any directions or icons for it...how do I know if it is running, or how to turn it on?

Thanks

David

Right click on the desk top, personalize, window color and appearance. It's a color scheme and allows you to run a video for your wallpaper. Not really a selling point.
