Garmin nuvi 200

How easy and expensive is it to load European maps onto a GPS unit like the Garmin nuvi 200? I'm considering picking one up, but I would want it to work in Europe as well as in the U.S.

I searched the forums, google and a few other resources, but couldn't find an easy answer.

I don't think it would be a big deal, but it has been awhile since I've play with consumer GPS. Why not call/email Garmin?

I sent an email, but no quick response. I found one with pre-loaded maps of both North America and Europe.
