Need virus help

I picked up a Malware virus and I can't seem to get rid of it. I've ran my trend micro scan, and went to the trend micro website and did a house scan to try and get rid of it, no luck. Anyone computer guru around McKinney area?

I can't even hardly navigate online because of repeated pop ups. I'll pay someone to fix, I don't have time.

Think you need to format/reinstall your OS(XP), read this first.

Thanks for the offer to help. I had to take to a guy last week that took him a couple of hours to find it in the directory. Couple of corrupted files that scanning wouldn't pick up. Again, thanks for lending a helping hand!
