Buying some new computer parts

I'm building a new PC since mine is getting out of date as the months go on and I'm totally lost on a mobo to go with. I've picked the cpu i'm going with that fits my budget and still performs which is :

I just have no clue what to do with on a mobo except for the fact that the socket should match. I'm not looking for one with integrated graphics, which I could be wrong but quite a few of them seem to have integrated graphics. Looking for one that has all the normal things like USB, internet hook up, sound card hook up and such. But what's the difference between paying $70 for one and $150+ for one?

If someone could give me an idea of one that would work with the cpu picked out that would be great. I'm not looking to spend a bunch of money on it. I'm thinking around $100-130.

Over five thousand years ago, Moses said to the children of Israel, "Pick up your shovel, mount your asses and camels, and I will lead you to the Promised Land." Nearly 75 years ago, Roosevelt said,"Lay down your shovels, sit on your asses, and light up a camel, this is the Promised Land." Now Obama has stolen your shovel..., taxed your asses, raised the price of camels and mortgaged the Promised Land!

If your not gaming there is no huge difference. Asus or EVGA are the only 2 brands of boards i would buy at the moment. I prefer the intel core 2 duos over the new amd stuff. You might want to let us know if the ram is ddr2 and if the video card is AGP or PCIE 16x too. If your planning on upgrading you might have to upgrade those as well as your hard drive and power supply. Depends on what you got already.
