Need windows xp help

Someone has done a windows xp remote accsess on my home computer. How can I get the ip address to the person who did it or know who did it, can this be a simple mistake?

It can't be a simple mistake...

They need your IP address, login username, and login password. You can deactivate the remote application...

What makes you think someone remoted into your machine? It's not like just anyone can do it.

do you have a router? have you enabled port 3389 on the router to allow RDP?
Have you enabled Remote Access on this computer, as it is disabled by default?

What makes you think someone used RDP on your machine?

You're only as strong as you allow yourself to be...

Because it was found in the recently viewed, and know my wife thinks that I am snopping. So I was trying to figure it out, but apond further investagation it is remote assestance, not acsess. Like then you get help for microsoft. Sorry guys just dealing with crazy stuff. thanks for the help
