Poor memory performance after format/reinstall.

What could be the culprit for this and is it fixable?

What could be the culprit for this and is it fixable?
were they moved to different slots? my mobo is old, but i know there are two slots specifically for dual channel, was it changed or somethign cause the memory type is the only variable in the stats
