Need a conversion, surely someone out there has it.

winpdf is free. The only catch is it puts a tag line on the last page I think. The full version is only like 10 bucks I think. Also, I believe Open Office has it built in.

cutepdf is good. plenty of freebie pdf makers out there now

Ive got Acrobat 7 and its really slick, so many functions, i learn something new every time i use it.

You can download primopdf for free. It installs as a printer driver. You open the .doc file with word and print to the promopdf printer. It'll prompt you for a file name, and put the resulting pdf there.
