Any drawbacks to using IE 6 VS IE 7?

I am locked between these two because it is a Company computer and I am assuming they have it so Microsoft can update windows and maybe I might be able to download IE 6. I absolutely loathe IE7. (Mainly because of seach parameters) Any down falls to this?

what do you hate about it? I've had to load it on a few people's computers, and I've used a few registry hacks to make it seem more like IE6

IE7 does blow donkey balls

Mainly the search engine. IE 6 will bring a search in the left hand pane. Fill in your seach and it lists all the options in the same pane. You don't have to toggle back and forth with the back button to start a new web page or get back to your original search list.

IE 7 just has those stupid tabs that show where you have been not where you want to go.

Think you need to format/reinstall your OS(XP), read this first.

Ok I have a question I havent found an answer for. With IE6 when surfing web pages that display images like jpegs or gif's you could normally right click the mouse with the cursor over pictures and it would give you the option to "save image as".

Cant do it with IE7 on a LOT of pages (ebay for one) I have tried. Anyone know of a hack for that?
