nVidia Onboard and WoW?

So I'm looking at this Mobo ASUS M2N-VM DVI AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 7050PV Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail which has the onboard NVIDIA GeForce 7050PV. I know onboard video isn't meant for gaming but since I solely play WoW would this be ok for WoW? Since WoW's recommendation is "NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700 class card or above" that means the 7050PV is in the "above" category but since it is part of the mobo and shares memory, and maybe other things that I'm not aware of, is that going to make the onboard card why you shouldn't use it? Or will it be okay?

Thanks.

I used to run WoW with a few settings on Low with a 5200 so I don't see why you couldn't do the same with that. Although I got a lower frame rate I really didn't notice it until lots of things were on the screen. I honestly wouldn't suggest just using an onboard video card though since you're planning to play games with that pc, you would be much happier without onboard.

Well the main reason for going with the onboard is to save up later for a good DDR3 video card. I could buy a $70 DDR2 8500GT to go with it, but would rather save the money and apply it to a nicer video card later if the onboard will work ok with WoW.

I'm pretty sure it will run fine with Low settings.

I'd say; save the money of building a new computer, the $15/mo addiction, and be a happier person... I laugh when a friend ask me to sign back up as he is about to do a 5hr kara run

To straight answer your question...it'll run...but an el cheapo card will run it better.

Jakesford, I know a TON of people who save money with WoW. They have addictive personalities and would be alcoholics w/o it.
