About to upgrade to a new machine

I hardly ever buy computers, or parts for computers, as being in the business I am, things come free most of the time.

I've been running a P4 2.8GHz with 1.5 GB of RAM for a few years now, but just got my hands on a Dell Optiplex GX620, P4 HT 3.0GHz, and 2 GB of RAM. So I decided to order an XFX 8600GT 512MB, and a 500GB SATA drive for it.

I haven't really played any games on my PC in a while, but I'm guessing this will beef me up a bit to play a few.

I got the box from a client, because the power supply went out, and they just ordered a new computer. It's been sitting in their server room for a few months, and they asked me to get rid of it. I got it home, checked the warranty, and it's under warranty for 2 more years. Wierd. Called up Dell, and a new power supply is on the way. I called the client up, and they said to just keep it, as they've already removed it from inventory, etc...

So I guess my question is, what are some good games out now that this configuration will run decently?

I've only played the demo for COD4 and it's awesome! I still enjoy playing Battle Field 2 though and don't won't to pony up the money for a new game right now but I'd look into it if you are into First Person Shooter's. I also hear Crysis is pretty hawt right now but haven't checked it out yet, only read some of the reviews.

I played Everquest, and even Star Wars RPG a long time ago, but I never got very far, because I couldn't maintain the level of play it required, so WOW is completely out for me.

My buddy and I need another Starcraft player. Your system can more than handle it and it's only the greatest game ever next to Rock Band and Guitar Hero.
