I'm illiterate... what program do I need to capture video/audio off of sites like Youtube, etc.?

there's a plugin for firefox that will allow you to download videos off of youtube.

Mind you this has to be done using firefox and he has to have the Divx Codec.

This will work as well but doesn't give you a e-mailable/postable file. It only plays in Real PLayer.

I just use the DownloadHelper extension for Firefox.

As long as Flash is installed on the system, the .flv files will play. I use VLC to play.
