Gran Turismo has always been my favorite on any PS platform, it is one of the most real racing games out there

I have tried other racing games but none have yet to match the detail and realistic feel GT has.

at first the steering seems unresponsive, but once you upgrade your parts and tune it, its handles much better. And the graphics are superb. The drifting is hard, but pretty realistic. There are a lot of races to run, but only a handful of types of different races. Lots of cars to choose from 50+ i think. I enjoyed buying the new edge GT and tuning it. I liked the game, but the racing is a bit repetative. Its a good one though, rent it before you buy it, i'll probably buy it soon.

also, pro street has the option of using manual trasmission with a clutch button. I loved the idea, but the layout for the buttons is akward. Every time i tried i ended up severely damaging my car because of all the buttons you have to hit at the perfect time.

Yeah I know what you mean there, all I use in real life is a stick, but in games it seems to be more trouble than it is worth.

x2. if they made a decent wheel setup with a clutch/shifter rigged to it i would be all over it to use it, but with no clutch setup its harder than it has to be.
