xbox 360 wireless controller problem

I've only had the system 3 weeks now. Wireless controller loses sync with the console at random times. Batterys are new and everything, the lights on the controller also blink in a circle. Btw, this is one of the new systems (arcade version)

When my lights blink in a circle, that means the batteries are dead. You might want to try a new set of batteries just in case.

Im pretty certain the blinking lights come on if the batteries are low, or your on x-box live.

Guess I could try swapping them out but according to the xbox dashboard they have plenty of life left in them. I bought the play and charge kit when I bought the system so I will try that. I didn't even look in the manual to see if there is troubleshooting for this. I'll let ya know if it was the batterys. Side note if they are, they sure as hell didn't last long!

So are you using the play and charge kit or were those regular batteries? The first play and charge kit I bought was screwed up, as I could charge it for hours and it wouldn't hold a charge for more then a few minutes. Had to get a new one which worked fine, charge lasts quite a few days of playing.
